She gives courses to transmit this tradition. In this training stage, you will learn the technique of papercutting with scissors and cutter, you will create your drawing and you will leave with your own papercutting.
On the programm : visit of the "Musée du Vieux Pays-d'Enhaut" and the files of the Swiss association of papercutting in Blackenburg (BE), where beautiful old work.

Festival Tous Ecrans / Geneva International Film Festival has been exploring the relationship between cinema, television, and new forms of digital creation since 1995, with a programme based on one simple idea: Authors are at the heart of audio-visual creation and their viewpoints are expressed through our screens.

The Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), intend to salute the excellence of worldwide horological production and annually rewards the finest creations and the most important operators in the watchmaking sector. The watches pre-selected for the GPHG, as well as the winners, take part in this exhibition that enables an international audience to discover and admire the finest timepieces of the year, exceptionally united on this occasion.
Horyou is pleased to announce the Social Innovation and Global Ethics Forum 2014 (SIGEF 2014). This inaugural event combines a number of interactive sessions that will showcase the global cultural diversity of the participants. NGOs active in diverse domains, students, CSR representative, promoters of socially innovative projects, and artists from various backgrounds and disciplines will gather in an effort to propose concretes solutions to humanity's greatest challenges.
Since the creation of the Rallye International du Valais, its route has evolved while keeping its traditional characteristics. As usual, the 55th edition will feature both classic stages and a few innovations that will spice the itinerary around Sion, from where the rally will start, and Martigny, where it will finish. During three busy days, the competitors will face the roads of Valais, which seem to have been tailor-made for the exercise of the discipline. There will be 19 special stages for a total timed distance of 260 km.
A charity walk along the Geneva Lakeside:
It’s all very simple, everyone taking part looks for sponsors who agree to contribute a certain sum for each kilometre walked. On the day of the walk, they are given a ‘passport’ which is stamped by volunteers at checkpoints set up at every kilometre as proof. The money that has been pledged is then collected from the sponsors and sent to Terre des Hommes Suisse, to finance development aid programs.
